Pickup Time: Will be on Sunday November 10th between 12:30 and 4pm for all lots except the following Lots (103; 116; 262; 263; 264; 265) These lots can be picked up on Monday November 11th by Appointment. The Location for pickup is in the Versailles, IN area. The exact address will be on the Buyers letter that is being emailed to you.
SHIPPING Smaller items will be shipped upon buyer's request. Items are marked that can be shipped. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost plus $10.00 packaging fee for the first box and $5.00 for each additional box. Only Lot 247 will have extra packing cost due to size and padding: Lots can be combined if the items will be safe to ship together. We use one of the two following forms of shipping USPS or UPS. All item will be packed by shipping company guidelines, if a item is damaged the buyer is responsible for dealing with USPS or UPS to resolve the issue
We are using the soft close feature. If a bid on any item is received within three (3) minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for one (1) minute
CATALOG Vestal Auction Service makes every effort to provide accurate photos and descriptions of all auction items listed; however all items are sold as-is. Although we provide images of each item, descriptions of auction items, as provided by Vestal Auction Service, are only our opinion. We do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Vestal Auction Service Reserves the right to change/alter descriptions as needed to better describe and preserve accuracy
