3 Family ONLINE ONLY AUCTION at our New Warehouse in the Fire Blocks district in Downtown Dayton. Free parking available in the lot next to 42 N Jefferson, metered parking out front, or pay for parkin across the street. Items from Makers such as Waterford, Murano, Swarovski, Fitz and Floyd, Maitland Smith, Lalique, Horchow, Neiman Marcus, Lenox, Arhaus, and much more. This sale also includes Housewares, Furniture, Electronics, Christmas items, and other goods. Preview of Auction on Request.
We charge a Buyer's premium of 20% + a 7.5 % county tax, as well as a 10% fee + shipping costs for items being mailed out. Items selling for over $500 will require a bank transfer/ wire. All items must be picked up at scheduled time and date, unless otherwise discussed ahead of time, or you will forfeit those items at your cost. If shipping, you must follow the rules stated in the shipping section. Also when shipping, if your purchase is over $500 you must do a bank transfer/ wire.

Payment will be collected after the finish of the sale. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Item PICKUP will be Friday11/22/24 from 11pm to 4 pm, and Saturday 11/23/24 from 12 noon to 3pm. We are located on the 4th floor of 42 N Jefferson st, Dayton, Ohio 45402. There is an elevator or stairs if you like. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper if needed. You will forfeit your items, if not picked up on scheduled dates and times, UNLESS otherwise discussed before hand. SHIPPING must be noted on said item or it is not offered unless discussed before hand. Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for all shipping costs per UPS, and FedEx prices plus a 10% handling fee.
