The Auctioneer has the right to withdraw any item at any time. The winner bidder agrees to pay Hammer Price, Buyer’s Premium, Shipping, Handling and Insurance. REGISTRATION: Registration is necessary in order to bid. Payment may ONLY be made in the form of accepted credit cards or cash if local pick-up. CREDIT CARDS: We only accept credit cards or cash for payment and if you are the high bidder of an auction then your card on file will be charged for Hammer Price and Buyer’s Premium immediately following auction. Shipping and Handling will be charged separately to same card. Any cards that are declined will be an additional $25.00 for each additional attempt. SHIPPING: This is an ONLINE AUCTION. We do Shipping and Handling at Buyer’s Expense. Local pick-up is allowed with Auction House approval prior to close of auction. Shipping availability is stated in the description for each item. BID NOTIFICATION: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email but it is best to check back often especially in the final moments of an auction. If a bid is upset within five minutes of the end of an auction the end time will automatically extend an additional five minutes. WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: You will be contacted via email once the auction has ended and winners are verified. If you are not contacted you are not the winner.
