We will contact you to set up an appointment 2) Auction goes live on Novenber 12ilh and closes Thursday November 26th at 6pm 3) Once sale is over, if you won your card will be charged a deposit of $1,000. The balance will need to be paid with a wire transfer or certified bank check or cash. 4) Pick up of the car will be at the convenience of the owner and buyer. The vehicle is being sold as is. Both will be required to meet locally to transfer the title. 5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. A credit card deposit of $1,000 through HiBid will be processed upon completion of the auction. Additional fees applied will be 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, The balance can be paid via cash, certified funds or bank check. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS.
