First lot to begin closing at 5:00 p.m. ONE DAY PICK UP. Sunday, December 1st, 2024. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The address of the property will be released to the winning bidders only! NO PREVIEW FOR THIS AUCTION. IT IS THE BUYER'S SOLE RESPONSIBLITY TO GET ITEMS PICKED UP AND SAFELY REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY! We ship through the Post Office ONLY. Buyer's that need their items shipped must pay for the shipping plus our handling fees. Arrangments must be made with me after auction to arrange shipping.
