PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. We do not provide labor at the time of the auction pickup.
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 6:00 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
* 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for this auction unless you are tax exempt.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% No Buyers Premium Charge On The Vehicle
* Payment types - Credit Card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
*All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company.
*If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*A working phone number MUST be provided. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions.
* Shipping is available. Buyers will be charged a per box rate of $10 per lot, supplies, and the shipping cost. You will receive a text to pay for your shipping prior to the end of the auction. All items and shipping must be paid in full before item is shipped.
*If the shipping charge is not paid for by the buyer within 10-days after the conclusion of the auction the items will become property of the auction company.
* If you need shipping, please reach out to Jentry Flesher 765-716-4828 or jentry@flesherbrothers.com before the end of the auction.
*If items are damaged that were shipped the buyer agrees to work with the shipping companies insurance division to receive a refund for the items purchased. Each item we ship is insured for the value it sold for in the auction sale. Buyer agree's to hold harmless Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc. for any damages caused during the shipping process. Items will be packaged and shipped to the best of our ability.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 4% CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME.
