DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Cory Craig, Auctioneer, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing.
