Description
Spring Fever Farm Toy Auction. Over 350 lots of farm toys available for online bidding prior to March 16 auction in Frankfort IN. Most items early 2000's vintage or older. Nice mix of original, repaint, played with, and customized older models, early special and collector edition models many NIB, several National Show Tractors, many if not all of the original IH Precision models NIB, farm turcks NIB, plus much more. Something here for everyone. Some of the older toys have original paint and some are repainted. We have done our reasoning to decide what is original and what has been repainted. This is for online pre-bidding. The live auction will be at Saturday March 16 at 10:00am at the National Guard Armory in Frankfort IN. The address is 1705 Burlington Ave, Frankfort IN 46041.
Auction Terms & Conditions AUCTION TERMS AGREEMENT OF TERMS By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms of the auction. REGISTRATION All bidders must register for each auction, whether on-site or on-line, in order to receive a bidder number. In order to register for the auction, the registrant must provide a picture identification showing their current name and address. Registrant must also provide contact information which includes telephone number and email address. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price for all purchases made on-line or by absentee bid. SALES TAX 7% Sales Tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by Indiana law. Sales tax is charged on the goods sold as well as the buyer's premium. Any entity claiming sales tax exemption must fully complete a ST-105 exemption form at registration. No sales tax will be refunded if applicable form is presented at a later time. PAYMENT Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Payments for on-line only auctions accepted are Visa and MasterCard. Cash and Indiana checks are accepted for live on-site auctions. DEFAULT OF PAYMENT Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Any invoices remaining outstanding after the payment due time, may be accessed a collection fee as well as all other remedies allowed by law. The auction company may retain any monies received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale, without further note. Any resulting deficiency together with all expenses and costs of re-sale will be the responsibility of the defaulting purchaser. BIDDER NUMBER Once registrant has completed the necessary requirements; they will be issued a bidder number. Bidder is responsible for payment of any items purchased on this bidder number; whether it be by them or by any party they have allowed to use their bidder number. CONDITION AND WARRANTIES All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guaranties of condition, whether implied, or otherwise given. Great effort is given to providing the description and condition of each item; when known. Auction Company will not be held responsible for errors in the description or condition of any item. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the authenticity or condition of any item prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued on any item sold due to errors, omissions or condition of items sold. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the auction company, auctioneer and staff and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain the fitness or use of that asset as being purchased. BIDDING Bidding may be available on-site, on-line or in conjunction with each other. Lots may be offered in various ways including a single lot, multiple lots, split lots, etc.; which will be at the discretion of the auctioneer and auction company. Bidding will continue until the highest bid has been obtained; the auction company will have rights to refusal if the bid does not meet their requirements. Upon approval from the auction company the highest bidder will be the winning bidder; all other bidders will be considered null. The auctioneer, at their discretion, may offer additional lots to the "back-up" bidder(s) at the winning bidder's price; back-up bidders have the right to accept or decline the offer. The Auction Company, its employees and contractors, and the seller have rights to bid during the auction. Auction Company and auctioneer have the right to reject any bids that are merely nominal bids; if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS Disputes between bidders determining the winning bidder will be handled as follows: the auction company or its' auctioneer may decide the winning bidder, or may resell the items immediately. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final. CHANGES TO AUCTION LOTS The auction company reserves the right to change any lot whether it be number order, content, grouping, division, addition or withdrawal of lots at any time. Once the auctioneer says sold the lot can no longer be changed. SECURITY All items become the sole responsibility of the buyer once auctioneer has said sold and has confirmed you are the successful bidder. It is your responsibility to secure your items, no refunds or adjustments will be given for lost or stolen items or for shortages. SHIPPING Items will be shipped to winning bidder at bidder's expense via USPS when possible. An up to $5.00 per lot fee may be charged for packing and handling. These costs will be charged to the bidder's card on file. Multiple lots shipping to one bidder will be packaged together and charged one fee when possible. Items will be automatically shipped unless otherwise arranged for pickup at sale location. Note: SHIPPING CAN BE EXPENSIVE. LARGE, BULKY, OR HEAVY ITEMS CAN BE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. ITEMS SHIPPING LONG DISTANCES CAN BE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. THE AUCTION COMPANY WILL NOT BEAR SHIPPING CHARGES BECAUSE A BUYER DOESN'T REALIZE SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION DURING THE AUCTION ABOUT SHIPPING COST CONTACT US AND WE WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE. AN ESTIMATE IS JUST THAT. NOT AN EXACT AMOUNT. All efforts are made to keep shipping costs down. REMOVAL Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases may be removed upon presentation of a paid receipt to the Auction Staff. Purchases may only be removed during the allotted pick-up period. Removal dates/times will be announced at each auction. Any item(s) not removed during this period may be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Abandoned items may be resold without notice at public or private sale or otherwise be disposed of at purchaser's expense. No refund will be given for abandoned items. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK Persons attending during preview, sale, or removal assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the auction company and staff from liability therefore. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Additional terms and conditions of sale may be announced and/or posted at the time of sale. All announcements made the day of sale take precedence over other advertisements, notices, terms and other published information relating to the auction.

Payment Terms
Payment in USD will be made by pre-registered credit card and will be charged at close of auction. 10% buyers premium and 7% IN sales tax will be charged at that time also. Shipping and packing fees will be charged when the item ships unless arrangements are made to pick up at the auction site. Payment by cash upon pickup is acceptable also. You must still register with a good credit card.
Items will be shipped to winning bidders by USPS unless other arrangements are made. Winning bidders will be charged actual shipping costs plus $5.00 packing and handling fee. Multiple lots will be packed together when possible and charged one handling fee. Large items must be picked up at the auction location unless other arrangements are made. Buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping large items. SHIPPING CAN BE EXPENSIVE. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN BIDDING. LARGE, BULKY, OR HEAVY ITEMS CAN BE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP.
