Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction.
15% buyer's premuim and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all sales.
Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have around 3 days to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from further bidding with our company.
All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner.
Refund/Return Policy:
Customers have 14 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items.

If the allotted time has passed and the items are still unpaid or not picked up, the unpaid abandoned items will be relisted without a refund. If you do not show up for pick up at the scheduled date/time and you have not contacted us by phone or email at end of pickup time your invoice will incur a $10 non communication fee. This fee will be added regardless if you are a shipper or if your items are being brought back to our facility.
Invoices not paid at the end of scheduled pickup will be billed to the credit card on file plus a transport fee, transported to our facility at 2601 Lake Land Blvd, Mattoon, IL 61938. A paid invoice will be emailed to you along with alternate dates and times available for pickup. Invoices that are left at our facility after 7 business days of being brought back will become property of Bauer Auction Service, LLC. unless prior arrangements have been made.
